Rats do the most terrifyingly adorable yawns.  Like all rodents, their incisors grow with a layer of iron-rich enamel on the front and softer dentin in the rest of the tooth, allowing them to maintain their unique chisel shape that, (along with small size, an omnivorous diet and the ability to reproduce prolifically) is central to their success as a family.  Rats also have an unfused lower jawbone, allowing them to spread their lower incisors and inflict deep slashing bites with the upper pair when defending themselves!  Fun!
